This concerns a small batch of the product that is behaving very strangely. Upon initial startup via PoE from a router, everything looks fine; however, after the first update to version 2.18 and the subsequent OS reboot, the step shown in "Image1" somehow breaks the PoE functionality on Port 1. The port stops accepting power, and a reset does not resolve the issue. Out of 10 devices, 2 exhibit this same behavior. Only one unit managed to operate successfully on version 2.19; I am keeping all the other devices on version 2.18, as they do not fundamentally require the fix included in the newer version. Some time ago, there were similar incidents with another large batch of 260 GS units, though they haven't caused any problems since. Is there a fix for this behavior?
