Strange behavior when all my WANs actived

Hello!
HW RB4011
SW ROS7

Not so long ago, I noticed an oddity that on mobile devices, some applications, when working on my Wifi network, cannot connect to the Internet. Although at the same time on any other Wi-Fi network, this problem does not arise.
Initially, I thought that I had a problem with my access points (Asus Zen Wi-Fi mini), but by coincidence, out of 4 Internet channels, 3 were unavailable for me and the problem with applications disappeared. A little later, I found a pattern that if 2 or more Internet channels are active, then the problem with the operation of applications on all android devices returns.

Tell me how to properly configure Multi WAN so that this does not happen again.

/export hide-sensitive file=anynameyouwish

What does do this command?

When you go to winbox and put this in the terminal window at the command line prompt, it creates a file which you then access via FILES and then download to your computer and paste here.
The only thing to worry about is ensuring your PUBLIC IP or gateway is not listed anywhere, its usually not, but just check to be on the safe side.
Its necessary to figure out whats going on. Its an export of your configuration.

Found! If i disconnect ISP with IPv6 problem disappears. Anybody know who to set up routing so that IPv4 goes through ISP1 and IPv6 through ISP2, at the same time, it is necessary that the fault tolerance according to IPv4 works

routing table now
