I have x86 platform with RouterOS. It was working with version 5.19, but it caused some trouble with pppoe stability, so I downgraded to the last stable setup - 5.12. Then after some basic setup, I prepared router to be put in the rack. During last tests I found out that it behaves very strange. After reboot I have to disable and enable public addresses to make router become reachable from WAN (ofcourse simulated with simple switch and other computer).
Can anyone help me and suggest what is broken?
Have you tried the newest 5.21 AND the newest firmware?
As I said I downgraded from 5.19, because of stability issues, so that’s not the solution (In addition I tried updating - as expected without success).
I worked out the problem - I just have had to uninstall ipv6 package and router started working like a charm
