Strange connection timeout Unnormaly big

I have rb751u-2HnD
i have 1 pptp client to the my provider
i have 2 pptp client to my central office
i have a nat rule
chain=srcnat action=masquerade dst-address=192.168.11.0/24 out-interface=chestroy-ic
if packet to 192.168.11.0/24 sends when the interface chestroy-ic is not up i have connections with wrong Reply DST Address
and timeout of this connection is 01:00:00

how can i change this timeout?

i must remove this connections by hand evry time after 2 pptp client is uped

i write script whitch reset connection every 10 secs
but i suspect? that this is wrong way

may i start script at interface up or down?
