Strange hotspot problem..PC's won't load page, Android does.

Running a RouterBOARD 750 ROS 5.5

I have a PPPOE connection through my DSL modem on eth1
Sending DHCP to my internal network through ETH2
All is well.

I have an external wireless access point used for a hotspot on ETH5
Ran the hotspot setup, it created everything.. and my clients connect to the wireless properly and get DHCP and DNS.

But whenever I try and connect to the login page, it never loads completely on any PCs.
The strange thing is when I connect via my mobile phone, (Android) I see the login page, can login and access the internet.

Post the output of “/ip address print detail”, “/ip route print detail”, “/interface print”, “/ip firewall export”, “/ip hotspot export”, and an accurate network diagram.
