that leads to stop the network , stopping winbox connect by ip .
i dropped broadcast trafic in filter and it reads alot of bytes but it doesnt stop the problem ..please i need help ..

Looks like you have a DHCP server configured on your public interface, try disabling it. There is no situation I can think of that would need DHCP on the public interface.
in the public interface ? how did you know ? i dont think so , look at the host name its local one ..
My mistake I thought 0.0.0.0 was coming from the default route.
I’ve initiated a DHCP connection on my v3Beta10 box with “dhcp debug packet” turned on and I get the same as in your listing, so this looks like it’s just a normal DHCP conversation.
I’d guess you’re getting some kind of Broadcast storm from a misconfigured client or virus infected PC.
