When i connect client PPtP Client using BCP. I on my network can`t open some sites.

Also i do not able download “http://download2.mikrotik.com/routeros/winbox/3.0/winbox.exe”

99% it’s mtu issue. Try lowering your MTU and MRU. Also enable “Change TCP MSS” at General tab of ppp profile.
