Hi all
i’m using MT 3.x as Access Rotuer.
My problem is that from time to time the router denies all the user even if i input the correct password..None of the user can login to MT.
and after i restart the access router .. everything is going fine. i mean everyone can login.
what might be the problem.. is some one DDOSing me..

Hi everybody sorry for digging into 1 month old post.
Now i have found why i cannot login to MT ROS the cause is , all users i created has automatically been deleted/disappeared and only the user admin exist without any password i.e. password was blank. but all the queues and rules were there.
so i logged into admin without password. Rebooted the pc and all users that dissappeared came back and i can login to users and admins with the password that was before..
Please friends give me some clue what might be causing this problem

did you use winbox or CLI? Sometimes if connection is not stable might give you only part of content.

But in my case that doesn’t apply; because i can’t login with all other users excluding admin (which password was blank automatically) so it’s not that problem.

are only the users cleared, or the rest of the config is also cleare on reboot?
onlythe users are cleared .. all other config are the same.
After rebooting the cleared users automaticaly comes in.. and this type situation comes after 5-6 days.
