I’m using v6.39.3 and a (now obsolete) Sierra Wireless MC7710 modem. I’ve been trialling a replacement Huawei ME909 modem, which has been working fine (i.e. the two modems can be swapped out on the same, identically configured routerboard and will both register/operate as expected). However, this is true when using the UK’s O2 network-if I switch to using an EE sim, only the MC7710 will register. The ME909 remains stuck attempting to register (as evidenced by the response to the +CGREG? command using at-chat). The LTE scan shows the presence of the EE network and all required access technologies, but nonetheless, the MC909 fails to register. Power-cycling the LTE makes no difference.
Can anyone account for what might be causing this?
