Hi. I’ve on a RB411 a wlan interface, a R52, and an EoIP tunnel. This is the setup:
eoip-tunnel1|RB411|wlan1<—ptp—>wlan1|RB411|ether1…
All traffic is passed with routing, between wlans and the others interface. So, no bridging.
But on the 411 with eoip I can see this traffic:
/interface monitor-traffic ether1,eoip-tunnel1,wlan1 once
received-packets-per-second: 3319 2748 916
receive-drops-per-second: 0 0 0
received-bits-per-second: 10.1Mbps 8.8Mbps 4.0Mbps
sent-packets-per-second: 2922 2742 921
transmit-drops-per-second: 0 0 0
sent-bits-per-second: 6.4Mbps 6.1Mbps 7.3Mbps
I can understand differences between ether1 and eoip-tunnel1, but, for me, is unknown the difference between eoip-tunnel1 and wlan1. Somebody can explain it to me ?
I’ve found the misconfiguration: an incorrect routing table and the wrong IP address used to masquerade some networks
