strange problem in RB450 - nor reconaize ETH port

hello all ,
I’m using RB450 - I gave him the address 168.90.1.1
and now I can’t reach him !
when I try to connect via winbox - all I can see is the MAC address of the port and 0.0.0.0
but When I connect to him with serial - I can see that all his configuration is the same, and I have an address to this port.

How can it be? - what went wrong? and how can I fix it?

have you add the subnet? example /24

And I found out what was the problem -
someone change the setting inside the device ,
now it’s working.
