Strange problem with RB 411...

Hello. I have a strange problem with two Rb 411. Example:
At any given time MikroTik working properly but when eg. I change port in switch with cable from rb411, switch doesn’t see the connection with mikrotik then I turn off a power and turn on a power and then working good. Sometimes RB 411 has a problem with auto-negociation on port. Mikrotik doesn’t connect 100Mb then port link on 10Mb and I don’t get into it by winbox. Also sometimes RB411 do a loopback in my network. I change a software, formating NAND and install new routerOS. I have no idea what I can do with mikrotiks. Please help with my problem.

  1. I using switch 3com 3C16792A but Switch is efficient.

I wrote that my rb did a loop in my network.With cause I tried do downgrade with version 5.4 on 4.17 but nothing helped. Mikrotik sometimes work stably but also work unstably (loop in network, can't get to it by winbox...)

In 90% network loop is effect of wrong configuration.
Inspect your network design and make sure changing switch port does not create network loop, that causes original post problems.
