Strange Traffic on all interfaces

I’ve discovered something really strange.

It has been connected like that :

MT[EoIP Tunnel] – [MT-PC] ( ( ) ) [thisMT]—MT[EoIP Tunnel]

Problem is on [thisMT]. When all ethernet interfaces are enabled (no link), they transmit a lot of packets (which aren’t broadcast ! torch has showed that they have correct source and destination MAC address and … packets contain EoIP traffic). I wonder why they are transmitted on non-linked interface ? Is it something wrong with bridge? Maybe problem is RSTP? (Currently not enabled on [ThisMT] machine). There is no switch between those machines and the problem is only on ethernet interfaces - bridged wireless interface doesn’t transmit anything! It cause the CPU load 100% when all ethernet interfaces are enabled - [ThisMT] are RB133 and connect to another MT in station wds mode.

nearly the same problem here:

on all of our Routers, where rstp package is enabled – we see too much traffic passing the bridge!
These are normal bridges without rstp enabled – only the package is installed on the router…
It occurs, when traffic is sent from a wds slave (station wds) to a foreign station – not when traffic is sent to the local wds slave. It also doesn’t happen, when the interface is wds master (ap bridge).
When traffic is sent from the wds slave, then the traffic goes to more interfaces on this router (all Ethernet and WDS interfaces) – which are on the same bridge.
On some stations, where are more WDS connections we create a high amount of traffic because of this “problem in ROS”

Is there a way to fix it?

Attached you find a screenshot of some of our Routers when the error occurs (note – ether interfaces are NOT attached to any device at this moment).
At this moment there is a bandwith test to WDS-Slave (first interface)
The traffic shouldn’t go to ether1/2 and the other WDS-Slave - but it passes these interfaces!
When disabling rstp-package, the error doesn´t occur!

NOTE:
Rstp Package is only installed – rstp is NOT enabled, it is a normal bridge!

hi all…

this problem same with me but i didn’t used bridge configuration…

interface> monitor-traffic
interface: INT
received-packets-per-second: 2
received-bits-per-second: 1425bps -------???
sent-packets-per-second: 943
sent-bits-per-second: 2.5Mbps

interface> monitor-traffic
interface: Gateway-Lt7
received-packets-per-second: 822
received-bits-per-second: 5.1Mbps ----- traffic from INT
sent-packets-per-second: 90
sent-bits-per-second: 100.9kbps

i can’t see downlink traffic from interface “INT”, downlink traffic capture to interface “Gateway-Lt7”.
please help…
