Strange trouble on 1100 AH2

Good Everning,

i have some strange trouble with GRE tunnel,

if i use default settings, i can’t receive any packets on hosts.

for exemple:
1 router: R name=“gre-warehouse-xxx-xxx” mtu=auto actual-mtu=1476
local-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx remote-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx dscp=inherit
clamp-tcp-mss=yes dont-fragment=no allow-fast-path=no

2 router: R name=“gre-office-xxx-xxx” mtu=auto actual-mtu=1476
local-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx remote-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx dscp=inherit
clamp-tcp-mss=yes dont-fragment=no allow-fast-path=no

@MikroTik-Warehouse] /interface gre> /ping 10.255.249.1
SEQ HOST SIZE TTL TIME STATUS
0 10.255.249.1 timeout
1 10.255.249.1 timeout
2 10.255.249.1 timeout
3 10.255.249.1 timeout
sent=4 received=0 packet-loss=100%

Or - If i trying useing keep alive options ONLY on ONE of hosts, ill got packets, but i still can’t build ospf routes , because 1 router has 1 interface not active:

example:
1 name=“gre-warehouse-xxx-xxx” mtu=auto actual-mtu=1476
local-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx remote-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
keepalive=10s,10 dscp=inherit clamp-tcp-mss=yes dont-fragment=no
allow-fast-path=no

2 router: name=“gre-warehouse-xxx-xxx” mtu=auto actual-mtu=1476
local-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx remote-address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
keepalive=10s,10 dscp=inherit clamp-tcp-mss=yes dont-fragment=no
allow-fast-path=no

@MikroTik-Warehouse] /interface gre> /ping 10.255.249.1
SEQ HOST SIZE TTL TIME STATUS
0 10.255.249.1 56 64 2ms
1 10.255.249.1 56 64 2ms
2 10.255.249.1 56 64 5ms
sent=3 received=3 packet-loss=0% min-rtt=2ms avg-rtt=3ms max-rtt=5ms
