Strange wireless signal problem

Hello,

I’m experiencing a very strange wireless problem, I have installed a point to point wireless link with two RB411AH and R52 radios with AR5413 chip and Mikrotik Panel antena, the link is configured as bridge with EoIP, the RouterOS version used is 3.20.
The receive signal is -47, rate=54Mb/54Mb, signal to noise=57-61, CCQ=95/95, the distance is around 1 KM. While doing bandwidth tests and also Lap-top to Lap-top transfer the link handles 15mbit/15mbit per second, in one way it handles around 30 mbit/s.
But, the problem is when the client connects its router, and traffic reaches around 8 Mbit/s than the signal starts to degrade and the link starts to experience packet loss-es and high latency, the number of packets that traverse the link is around 1300 pps and the maximum bandwidth that has to handle is Upload=5Mbit/s and Download=15Mbit/s. I tried to establish this link at 5GHz-Turbo mode, but I have failed, is it that these radios do not support this mode? or else?, and what can be the problem with this link?
