I have a question

I have a transparent web proxy with caching enabled could anyone tell me how to enable streaming media (internet radio) caching?

You can’t cache streaming media, but you can rebroadcast it locally. If its a mp3 stream you can use StreamRecorder32, it has a rebroadcast function. You could also use Windows Media or ShoutCast probably.
