Hello, I am trying to stream locally stored .m4v or .mp4 video to mobile devices.
HTC and Nokia have no problem with the mp4video file but iPad and iPhone cannot stream the video.
All they get is the play icon with a cross through it.
Is there a way to set MIME type for the RouterOS web server on Routerboard?

I have the same problem: all works fine with PCs and Android devices, but nothing to do with Apple devices.
I have also tried with online videos, like from Youtube.com (naturally with internet connected and youtube.com in the walled garden) with the same results: only Apple devices doesn’t works.
If I put into walled garden also www.apple.com, Apple devices doesn’t show automatically the login page when connected with wifi: in this way, using manually Safari, it works.
Maybe something related with browser used by auto pop up login page?
Maybe isn’t it Safari, but something else with limitations about video playing?

I’m also having the same issue. My other thread hasn’t turned up any results either.
It works fine if it’s streamed from our web server or youtube but not if the mp4 is located on the Mikrotik itself.
But if it plays fine from a web server I can’t figure out why it wouldn’t work from a Mikrotik.
