my 2011UAS shipped with 5.22 ROS initially.
after i update RO/loader as suggested noticed weird[for ROS] issues.
resolved after i manually remove [redundant/unnecessary]package, named “lcd”.
seems 2011 use main[“system” ?]package to manage LCD, so anything unused can be safely purged/disabled.
no weird resources issues and net-flow jitter anymore.
I don’t quite understand the meaning of this post, you can uninstall LCD package even if you installed upgrade with big package. What is the problem exactly?
LCD package removal actually resolve generally inconsistent/weird RB2011 behavior.
hard to explain. 2011 just behave, like networking hardware shouldn’t.
anway it helped and anything ok now[LCD works fine w/o package in case of 2011, btw].
LCD functionality and features are much improved in v6.0rc11
Also I suggest you to at least upgrade to v5.24, as v5.22 still had some issues with LCD on RB2011
