Sub Interface on Vlan

Hi,

I wish to create a VLAN on an interface and have sub interfaces of the VLAN with different macs.

For example

eth1 → vlan9.subint1 with mac 00:00:00:00:00:01
eth1 → vlan9.subint2 with mac 00:00:00:00:00:02
eth1 → vlan9.subint3 with mac 00:00:00:00:00:03

Kindly advise.
