Submit Button

When a user logs on to the hotspot they are having to click the submit button twice. Same for when they want to log off on the status page.

I am trying to figure out what could be causing this but I am unable to.

Any ideas?

I always clicked one time and it works. : P

Did you tried more laptops?

I have tried with multiple computers, using multiple browsers.
