i have this ip xx.xx.xxx.xxx nad the subnet musk is 255.255.255.252
in microtik what should i add xx.xx.xxx.xxx/??

you can add as x.x.x.x/255.255.255.252
RouterOS will accept both ways
basic TCP/IP course/book will teach you that 252 = /30
