Hello everyone i am new with mikrotik software and hardware
i just buy a mikrotik routerboard RB951G-2HnD
and i have a question based on what i have done
1st router has the role of modem/router with network 192.168.1.0/24 i activate the RiPv2 function
2st router the Mikrotik i connect the 1st to mikrotik in port 4
i set the port 4 ip 192.168.1.10 /24 and i activate the Ripv2 function on mikrotik router
also the mikrotik has dhcp server enabled 192.168.88.0/24
so far everything works
Wireshark detects the Ripv2 protocol broadcast IP in both routers
also mikrotik detects the Dynamic Routes of the 1st router
but i have a question
when i ipconfig to check the IP of computer which connect on ether3 i see IP
within the 192.168.1.0/24 network not the 192.168.88.0/24
is this normal ?
is there any other way to make a seperate subnet with 2-3 computers ?
also i have set the router on route mode
