sudden licence death on 532 !

hi, i have suddenly lost the license key on my rb532 , the problem occured the one i menitioned that i cant install ROs recently, when i move the board on xp machine i have managed to install 2.9.46 (the previous ver. before i upgrade to v.3) everything has been working fine, i checked the license from the system after the first insatall, but yesterday it was gone! now when i open the winbox the menus are disabled, and i get an error of invalid key. the steps i took for installing ROS

routerboot upgrade to 2.9
format nand
then clean install,

in the forum there are several posts that format nand does not effect the license, what could go wrong and the more important how can i recover the license ? i urgently need help

you should contact mikrotik support.

the SoftID is still the same as before, just paste your old key. RouterBOARDs can’t lose their SoftID.

paste the key ? i havent have the key imported before :frowning:

all RouterBOARD products come with a key preinstalled. If you don’t know the key, ask the company who sold you the device

batur bey selamlar; valla board şu an elimde degil gelsin bakıcaz bir çaresine! gg üzerinden birine satmişdim! 3 gün kullandı sonra invalid key hatası verdi diye yaygara kopardı, yok lisans iki günde eskidi, kendisi sormuş kopya lisansda böyle olurmus fln fln ( onay da vermemişti! bizde saf saf 3 gün boyunca istedigi kurululma yardımcı olduk!) şimdi geri alıyorum benimde ilk denemem o olacak; teşekürler
