I’m new to MikroTik but I have networking experience (work as a Linux DevOps eng.) I’m wondering what is the best way to configure/control 3 Mikrotiks in the scenario where two hAP ac’s are connected by ethernet cable (First floor and second floor) and a LtAP mini LTE is inside a car (which comes and goes)? My goal is that when the car is present, the wifi coverage is extended and data such as dashcam recordings can be sent to home NAS,via WiFi and when the car is away the LtAP provides 2,4ghz wifi access NAT’d out the LTE interface to devices in the car.
I believe WDS will accomplish this but is it better to use CAPsMAN? And if I use CAPsMAN what will happen to the LtAP mini when it is out of range of the CAPsMAN?
