If anyone has a chance to look at my setup I would appreciate your ideas on how to setup a particular network.

Goal:
Have 2 wireless controllers. Each controller would be behind a router at each site. The sites are tied together with a leased fiber line. One site has access to the internet. The controllers will be redundant of each other in case of failure. To accomplish this, they must be on the same subnet. Also the AP’s will need to be in the same vlans so they can talk to each controller.

I have read many ideas on how to do this such as eoip and vpn tunnel. What you would suggest as I do not want much overhead.

You dont say annything about the router agregating vlan and wireless redundant link. If mikrotik device, enable mpls at all 4 routers, on all interface pointing to router and wireless link. add linknet between em, and put loopback ip. Make a VPLS interface between routers connected to your redundant link.. Trow this interface and your vlan interface into a bridge, and wolla. It should be redunant, using the ospf changing of route if link down. as your fully automated redundancy. it should also fix managment “net” to devices, using link or loopback ip.
