suggested routerboard for 5 Ghz point to point

I am new to using Mikrotik for fixed wireless capabilities but I would like to ask any suggested for a point to point wireless link roughly 5-7 km. I am mainly concerned about antenna’s with a narrow beam width, which I am unable to find on the main mikrotik site. Anyhow looking for options to use routerboards with external mimo antenna’s with higher gain 19-23 dbi.

We have used the Jirous parabolic antennae for some PTP links quite successfully.

The choice of Routerboard and radio card depend on the amount of bandwidth you want to carry.

Thanks for the suggestions. So i basically need to decide on a routerboard with dual sma connectors on the 5 Ghz band and decide on the antenna which was suggested.
