LEDs of three colors green blue red are found in microtik devices. I propose to install RGB LEDs in new devices. And set color control in ROS.
Then you can easily and clearly label and group the ports. For example, if you set blue color for WAN port and yellow color for bridge ports, you can immediately see which port belongs where. It is also possible to mark ports of different bridge and different VAN ports by color.
Even if you enter only 2 states of LED color on/off in color control, RGB LED can reflect 8 states.
Generally set the brightness control of LEDs. Because often to reduce the brightness you have to cover them with black duct tape.
PS In old devices you can install white LEDs and put colored plastic caps on them, or paint over them with a colored marker.
