i need 2o km link pint to point and throughput 20 mb full duplex
witch router board & mini pci and also antenna i install
just using the RB411 and at least 17dbm rf tx power wireless card will do (802.11a better).
run it with the 23dbi antenna and operate it on 40Mhz channel bandwidth, you will get it.
more better is, run it on NV2.

actually i m install 433ah with f50 and 32 dbi solid disk but i m geeting only 10 mb
router os 4.5 signal -65 ccq 90%/90%
please suggest me what i do ? and configretion
change frequencies and check for maximum ccq 98% would be cool.
Use Nstreme at both ends assuming u have 433ah with f50 at both ends.
enable noise immunity if the link is across a city.
check ur p throughput
if still there is some problem try short preamble at both ends.
