Anyone in the US offering insurance to their wisp customers for their CPEs and/or wireless routers/aps?
Our customers are required to purchase at full price the CPE’s when they signup, as well as in the event of equipment failure/lightning. During the summer storm season this can really take a toll on some of our customers who end up replacing their cpes about once a year.
I was looking for suggestions or insurance firms I can turn to that can help offer a plan that we could resell to our customers, and maybe make a couple bucks off of.
Any Thoughts?
