Support mail server Automated Reply

Automated Replies to the emails for support@mikrotik.com contain no more ticket number - did something go wrong?..

what email did you receive then?

the same reply as usually, but no more ticket number in Subject, just my old subject (you can check my yesterday’s mails “NetFlow v9” and “Watchdog”)

sorry, it’s Google Mail, who learned that automated replies from support@ are the part of mail chain too, so now you can see ticket number only in Details :slight_smile:
