Help Please! I opened a ticket on Thursday the 19th with support[at]mikrotik.com and NO ONE has responded. Only the canned response.

I have two 532 routerboards. They both had expired level 3 licenses. I bought new level 4 licenses and applied them. The Brand NEW Licenses says they expired on Aug/01/2010 when the previous said they expired 2004. I uploaded and tried to install latest code but it is failing to upgrade. I downloaded the 5.11-mipsle version and copied to routerboard to install but it does not show upgraded after a reboot.

I tried to: Upload 5.11 version but it never installs.

The two routerboard software ID’s are:

PW6C-3TT
86QC-3TT

I expected to see: New version 5.11 installed

Steps to repeat this issue: copy files over and reboot

use netinstall. the license changed back in 3.18 or so to be based on version instead of time.

did you respond with a supout.rif file, like that response asked?
