Support not answering tickets?

I emailed support@ 11 days ago, but still haven’t received a reply (SUP-98496).

I rarely contact support, but in the past I got really quick and helpful replies. Now, not even an acknowledgement? Are delays like this normal these days?

Of course I checked the support portal and found a ticket there (‘waiting for support’). Frustrating, because it’s on a new device (ax²) which is now useless (broken IGMP) and I’m pretty sure it’s not user error but a (device specific) bug.

They may not know how to respond. Lots of bugs with v7.

They answered my ticket submissions, but told me they won’t help and I should post here. I posted here and they deleted the thread, despite it being a basic question about VLANs.

do not expect avanced features like IGMP to be functional on new devices like ax models, they will make it work but, will take time (we are talking about months)

HA, so if and when an ax3 appears, maybe the 3 refers to the number of years before it will be fully functional ???
