it i sign up for the support email service from MT . can they help with configurations or is that more just for tec help with version issues/.?

I am about to purchase a ISP level 3 and have tons of QoS questions since that is why I am setting up the new box anyways.
This box we are about to setup is going to be our end point router before the internet and we need to make sure its going to keep the users in check and the traffic flowing properly ![]()
Would be much easier if I had a little support though from MT.
