Support Ticket Response Time?

I opened a support ticket with mikrotik 8 days ago. It’s a fairly urgent issue and I haven’t gotten any response whatsoever. Is this to be expected? Hardly feels acceptable. Couldn’t imagine doing that to one of our customers?

Depends on your service level agreement…meaning, there is no SLA so you can have expectations but they are sometimes not met.
Anything to do with the CCR1072? You might want to get some support from a consultant, or get some support here on the forum.

I’ve looked over to the CCR1072 topic. Could be hardware faulty. Best is to contact your distributor in such cases. Distributor usually has shorter response time usually. Or did you buy the ccr from Mikrotik directly?
