Support use Netinstal for solver problem updata RB750 fault

hi all
i have problem with RB750, when during upgrade FW RB750 to V5.15 , power is be cut, so RB750 off, after power on again , RB750 can not active, it can be active Led power , other LED is OFF when i connect cable to all port. so i can not logon to rb750. i have read about Netinsttall Tool, but it can not run, i don’t know why?

any body can show me how to use netinstall to solver this problem or show me how to repair my RB750?

There is a button on the device front. Hold this button during boot time, first the user LED will start to blink, keep holding it, until LED turns off, then release it to make RB750 look for Netinstall servers.

Only once you have entered the Netinstall mode, will the Netinstall work.
