I just purchased a level 4 license. I read one gets 30 days of support. I’m trying to finish an install.
Have had VERY spotty and slow reaction to my questions most of the time.
I"ve had more help here on this forum than from Mikrotik.
Is this standard? They really that busy? or? ![]()
It’s unfortunate, I understand this software is not for complete NOOBS, I can generally work my way through an installation having been doing networking for years. But I would think one should get what one is told and without having to wait 2 days.
Anyway, any enlightment would help.
How often and when can one expect a support reply?
