switch all sfp modul lighting

Hi, I apologize for my english, I’m glad if you can help.

one cc-1036-12G-4S switches, two cc-1009-8g-1s-1s + I switch device.
cc-1036 switcher switch centers. fiber cables connected to it with others. fiber SFP module from the internet with all sfp1 this switch on when I connect to the module LEDs are flashing (the light in the empty SFP slot) What could be the problem.

I don’t know if I understand you right, but I have the same issue. When I install one SFP module into my CCR1036-12G-4S all 4 leds of SFP modules start to blink. Logically it must blink only one led, that where I connected my SFP module. Seems to be another RouterOS bug.
