Hello everyone,
today i upgraded to 6.47 on my RB3011. Firmware upgraded as well.
Everything looking good but i noticed 3x random switch chip resets (at least i think its the switch chips fault since its only interfaces 6-10)

It happened 3 times at random times for no apparent reason.
Anyone had any similar issues?
I did another reboot and will monitor again in the morning.
Hi,
Yep I just noticed this too!
RB3011 on the latest 6.47
In my case, ports 3 & 5 are flapping like hell.
Port 3 has a Wireless AP connected, port 5 a simple L2-switch on the floor somewhere.
Time to open a ticket I guess. The first ever in many years of RB3011 utilisation
I have never in several years encountered this on my RB3011 !
Now I’m seeing dozens of these flappings in the last hour or so, but I checked my Splunk and these messages have been there since the upgrade 3days ago.
Yep, same here, never had any problems on this RB3011 until 6.47.
Reboot did not help, again the whole “right” switch chip (or CPU) flapped. Happened only once now, but im not hopeful it will just stop by itself.

If persistent i will have to try downgrade, if that is even possible once you upgrade firmware?
