Switch doesn't work

Hello everyone,

Something very very strange is going on.
So the case is that I have camera which is broadcasting video JPEG RTP and if it connected to cheap off the shelf (5 port tplink) switch I can watch the stream with gstreamer without no problem.
If i reconnect my cables from camera and laptop to CSS106-5G-1S I cannot access stream any more.
How is this possible?

You skipped the ACL tab, where you can set a broadcast rate limit.

I have added it, it is empty (Tnx for helping out!)

I’ve connected camera and checked errors… it seems that switch can see lots of errors for some reason?
