I have the following problem and I am asking for your help.
I have bought an RB1100 router and I would like to use the switchgroup “switch1” and the ports ether1-5 to as an uplink to several gigabit switches. The switches connected to ports ether2-5 are unmanageable, know nothing about VLANs and are part of my local LAN. On the port ether1 I want to connect to an Allied Telesis switch with a VLAN trunk. The trunk carries 2 VLANs with vids 100 and 302 (I cannot change those values). VLAN 100 is connecting me to the internet and VLAN 302 is my local LAN.
Is there a way to configure the ports ether2-5 of “switch1” to know that their native vid is 302 and then have frames switched between those ports and the ports of the Allied Telesis switch that also have a native vid of 302?
