Hello huys,
I bought a mikrotik routerboard hap ac lite and i tried to build a new network with it , somehow that doesnt work , so I set the router back to default and tried to switch my normal house network with an software bridge. I also tried to asign new ip’s. I spend 4 hours trying to access to the internet. I am almost depressed can you gus please help me ?

Sure, first thing lets set it back to defaults again and confirm you have latest firmware
It should work from defaults if you connect your internet to ether1 and your PC to ether2.
We can go from there.

Ok , I did this now it works, but how can I get internet on the other ports ?
The Quickset allows you to choose from several pre-set modes, one of them is Home AP which sets ether1 as the internet uplink (WAN interface) and all the other ports as LAN to which you can connect your home devices. Depening on how your modem is configured, you may need to choose DHCP, static IP, or PPPoE mode on WAN, and on LAN, don’t forget to check NAT. That should be enough for your home devices to connect via ether2 and above if they are configured for dynamic assignment of IP address. Dává to smysl?
