Hi, i have problem with switch netpower 16p poe, some ethernet disconet continually in anytime, the ethenet give me tx but not rx and i can see R(running) or in other cause no tx neither rx, only after change auto negotiation the ethernet somebody try conect again, i have 9 ethernet conections with cat8 10ft high cuality to (sxtg 5ac), give me help please
