I have been trying all posible combinations but I cannot switch off Ethernet LED only wlan LED, is there a way to do it?

same here … I was just able to turn off the WIFI led … no idea how to disable the others.
Neither I don’t know what/where actually the “user-led” is … 
update: based on info from other forum’s streams it seems until today the only configurable LED on rb951G is wireless LED … just FYI …
