Switching to User Manager quesions

We are currently using RadiusManager and are looking a the possibility to switch to User Manager. Before we make a switch, what is the development status on it, ex is it being maintained and updated or is it in limbo like Dude? How many users can it support? Does it support Access Lists, and if so, does it support other equipment such as Ubiquity? Can users be enabled/disabled via cli?

I use userman in my network for probably 2500 users.
userman support unlimited user for license 6.
it 's almost a good accounting software

i am getting this error.userman database is not accesible
How do i fix this . please help
