swos 2.17, the dude and the support

So I tried reaching out to the Mikrotik support and ofc. the helpful chatbot the dude. I decided to create a support ticket, but slow assistance, so I just wanted to get it out there if anyone else ran into the same issues as I.
Initial:
Hi Mikrotik
I recently started switching out our network equipment and was going to try Mikrotik products. We started out with a CSS326-24G-2S+ it has been running fine for the first 2 weeks, but sadly now it has started to reboot randomly without leaving a hit as to why.
I’ve attached two screenshots and would appreciate any help, is it somehow possible to get more logs or is there a limitation of the swos?
Thanks in advance and hope to hear from you soon.

Next update from me:
I can add it’s running the latest version of swos:
Current Installed Version2.17 (built at Tue Sep 03 2024 09:43:58 GMT+0200 (Central European Summer Time))

I obviously forgot to add that as I should have.

So I added another update, and this is probably useful to others:
I have a feeling there might be a bug in your firmware - Just guessing;
#Reboot issues - started: 2025.02.04 16.53 - Around the time we switched to NTP using hostname instead IPs.
2025.02.05 - 8.36 - Changed the css326 switch back to using IP’s for NTP instead of hostname: time.user.net

Timeline;
Change done to DHCP server on LAN, changed NTP from IP: xx.yy.zz.17 and xx.yy.zz.18 to hostname: time.user.net
2025-02-04 16:23:27 3 fw.user.net PHP-FPM /services_dhcp.php: Configuration Change: user@someIpv6 (Local Database): DHCP Server - Settings changed for interface LAN

First firewall reboot:
2025-02-04 16:53:11 reboot sw-css326 Device rebooted after 2 weeks 5 days 1 hour 2 minutes → 39s System
2025-02-04 17:53:14 reboot sw-css326 Device rebooted after 58 minutes 32 seconds → 13s System
2025-02-04 20:55:05 reboot sw-css326 Device rebooted after 3 hours 1 second → 75s System
2025-02-04 21:55:10 reboot sw-css326 Device rebooted after 59 minutes 12 seconds → 52s System
2025-02-04 22:55:09 reboot sw-css326 Device rebooted after 58 minutes 45 seconds → 21s System
2025-02-05 00:57:02 reboot sw-css326 Device rebooted after 2 hours 14 seconds → 84s System
2025-02-05 03:57:09 reboot sw-css326 Device rebooted after 2 hours 59 minutes 26 seconds → 29s System
2025-02-05 08:01:03 reboot sw-css326 Device rebooted after 4 hours 2 minutes 22 seconds → 108s System

Change made to the DHCP server only for the css326 switch, change from hostname: time.user.net to use the NTP servers IPs: xx.yy.zz.17 and xx.yy.zz.18
2025-02-05 08:36:11 3 fw.user.net PHP-FPM /services_dhcp.php: Configuration Change: user@someIpv6 (Local Database): DHCP Server - Settings changed for interface LAN

And we’ve probably passed 12 hours now and no reboots. So obviously my unit of the css326 does not like using hostname pushed over DHCP for NTP.
