Is there any way to do automatic backup on SwOS?
Via FTP as in RouterOS or is there another option?

We use a simple Linux script to backup all of our MT switches. Works really well
curl --anyauth -u username:password http://IP-Address/backup.swb -o /Switch_Backup/MT/IP-Address.swb
