Sxt 5 and lite 5 ethernet port problem

I have small wireless network on my city all of my Access Points are QRT5 and most of users using sxt 5 and lite 5 to connecting to my APes around the city
Newly some of sxt series have ethernet problem
Ether of device is enable while booting but after boot the ether will not run.
Reset configuration did not solve the problem
Devices did not go to recovery mode and can not be netinstalled
More than 10 devices have this problem
Just a device can be netinstalled but netinstall did not solve the problem

How are you powering the device? Is any LED light shining or blinking? Which one?
