hi every one …
i have a wireless device ( sxt - 5d ) …when i run it , i hear one beeb sound..and when i connect it to my pc , i cannot see it from winbox…can any one help me. how to fix it ? with thanks…
Start by Netinstalling it. One beep only means that RouterOS is not booting. Netinstall will recover it. Follow the guide here:

…actually i did the fellowing steps but i could not recover my sxt …
1- i applied what written here…
2- i also applied what written here…
3- i run the netinstall programm.but nothing appeared in it ..
try all the same process, but push the button “after” you plug in the power. then keep holding it, and follow the rest of the procedure.
also see if your Windows has firewall and antivirus turned off
i did exactly what did you ask me to do …but the sxt has still dead..
when i still push the button s1400, the user LED flashes 25 times -----> realse the button-----> strange beep sound ----> one beep sound----> nothing appear in netinstall program
You don’t need to wait until it flashes 25 times, but when flashing stops and LED turns off. Does that happen?
yes …exactly …the sxt is still dead
You have an older model, the SXT-5HnD. It is possible that you need to contact the seller for an RMA.
