Noob question, does anyone have scripts for SXT 5HPnD to link two buildings less than 2km apart and on different subnets.
Building-A is 192.168.152.0/24 and Building-B is 192.168.150.0/24. Gateway for both buildings to be 192.168.152.254, I need the systems in either building to also see other devices in both networks. Is this possible with just the two SXT’s. DHCP is supplied in either building from that buildings local server.
Building-A SXT 192.168.152.3
Building-B SXT 192.168.150.3
Thanks Guys, I gather from no response would mean that these devices are not capable of doing the required routing and money has been wasted, but not fully, suppose attaching another router in Building-A to do the job would be easier than configuring the SXT to route traffic between different subnets.
From the few scripts I had already found and tried on the net, it didn’t matter what IP range the routers had been configured for, when the SXT’s linked wirelessly they passed any IP range of traffic from both sides like a transparent bridge.
