We have just acquired the SXT ‘‘KIT’’ with 5 x 5HPnd and 1 G-5HPnD r2 ..
When finishing each config, and when the wireless is up and working, the re-connection via its cable or via a switch becomes impossible.
Winbox shows the Mac’s and IP’s , but when we click on either winbox shows ‘‘TIME OUT’’
Its only by resting the unit that we can re-connect to it ..
WHY ???

(The switch used is an old wifi router 2.4g and the SXT’s are on 5Ghz)
If it works before you make changes to it, and then it doesn’t work after you make changes, and then it works again when you reset it, the problem is with the config. Why don’t you post the config of both the AP and the Stations?

I have just tried again, still disconnecting … Its even impossible to get to the print stage..
This is what I do…
Winbox detection (I find the Mac and 192.168.88.1 OK Connection OK
IP lan change : 172.16.0.1/24
Bridge add :
Ports add : Ethernet1 + Wlan1 (Wan1 is in Italic’s) it shows Ethernet : port enabled Wlan1 port disable
I then change the wireless country : Ukraine (Because of the number of channels available)
Antenne gain : 16
Then I try to scan the wifi for other users … Router Disconnect !
Then its impossible to use winbox (IE: I re scan the network find the Mac and new IP but impossible to connect !!!
The same thing with the 5 other units…
